Mr. Haas brings optimism and security to both the firm and his clients. He is a licensed architect in the sates of New Mexico, Texas and . His 36 years of practice make him a knowledgeable resource with a wealth of experiences in various architectural fields and regions. Mr. Haas is a respected and honored design architect and is known for designs that are innovative and cost effective. Richard leads the collaborative design process in an effort to create meaningful solutions. Richard's experience as a University faculty member at Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) from 1987-1994 add to his ability to work closely with clients and inform others of his design intent.
